摘 要:以厚度为0.44 mm的F0型纺纱钢丝圈板料作为研究对象,利用Deform-3D软件对切断间隙、冲压速度以及刃切圆角半径等影响因素在不同参数条件下的冲压过程进行有限元模拟,分析板料断裂全过程。将板料断裂后产生的毛刺长度作为评判断面质量的标准,采用数值模拟与正交实验设计相结合的分析方法,选取最优工艺参数组合。模拟结果表明:切断间隙为8%t、刃切圆角半径为1.5%t、冲压速度为5 mm·s^(-1)的优化方案下产生的毛刺长度最小。利用新型钢丝圈成形机进行工艺实验验证,获得实验值为0.0186 mm,与模拟最优值0.017 mm之间存在约9.41%的误差,但平均毛刺长度值降低约7%,证明了有限元模拟获得的最优工艺参数组合能有效地降低毛刺长度。For F0 type spinning traveler sheet with the thickness of 0.44 mm, the stamping process under different parameters, such as cutting clearance, punching speed and cutting edge radius, was simulated by software Deform-3 D, and the whole process of sheet metal fracture was analyzed. Then, taking the burr length generated after sheet metal fracture as the evaluation standard of section quality, and the optimal process parameters combination were selected by the analysis method combining with numerical simulation and orthogonal experimental design. The simulation results show that the burr length is smallest under the optimal parameters with the cutting clearance of 8%t, the cutting edge radius of 1.5%t and the punching speed of 5 mm·s^(-1). In addition, the experimental verification was conducted by the new type traveler forming machine, and the experiment value of burr length is 0.0186 mm, which is 0.017 mm for the simulated optimal value, the error is about 9.41%, but the average burr length is reduced by about 7%. Thus, the optimal process parameters combination obtained by finite element simulation can effectively reduce the burr length is proved.
