摘　　要：为了提高材料利用率和降低企业成本,以某A型车后背门外板汽车覆盖件为研究对象,采用Autoform软件对某后背门外板冲压成形的材料利用率进行了分析。首先,通过优化工艺补充面、采用套裁工艺来提高材料利用率;其次,对优化后的套裁复合件的冲压成形性、滑移线及成本进行仿真分析;最后,对经套裁工艺冲压后的实物零件进行分析对比,结果显示调整为套裁冲压工艺的每辆车可以降低成本5.21元,材料利用率提高至49.9%。实验结果验证了套裁工艺的正确性,达到降本增效的目的,同时也验证了材料利用率的高低以及冲压工艺的难易程度均与产品设计阶段关系密切,可为后期新车型在产品设计和生产制造中提供宝贵的应用经验,为企业制造与生产降低成本提供一种验证手段。In order to improve the material utilization rate and reduce the enterprise cost, for an A-type car rear door outer panel, its material utilization rate of stamping was analyzed by software Autoform. Firstly, the material utilization rate was improved by optimizing the process addendum and adopting the nesting process. Secondly, the stamping formability, slip line and cost of the optimized nesting composite parts were simulated and analyzed. Finally, the actual parts stamped by the nesting process were analyzed and compared. The results show that the cost of each vehicle is reduced by 5.21 yuan, and the material utilization rate is increased to 49.9% by adjusting to the stamping process of nesting. Therefore, the correctness of the nesting process is verified by the experimental reults and the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency are achieved. At the same time, it is also verified that the levels of material utilization and the difficulty of stamping process are closely related to the product design stage, which provides valuable application experience for later new car models in product design and manufacturing and a verification means for enterprises to reduce costs in manufacturing and production.
