摘　　要：为实施我国乡村振兴战略,经对454名“一村多名大学生”和二个县市三个乡镇调研,发现他们的创新创业需求,找到影响乡村特色产业建设的因素。有的放矢提出六条培养新一代知识型农民和建立乡村特色产业的对策措施,解决了当前的创新创业教育困境,明确了未来职业教育的改革发展方向。In order to implement China's Rural Revitalization Strategy,through the investigation of 454"more than one college students in one village"and three townships in two counties and cities,we found their innovation and entrepreneurship needs and the factors affecting the construction of rural characteristic industries.The paper put forward six countermeasures to cultivate a new generation of knowledge-based farmers and establish rural characteristic industries,solved the current dilemma of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"education,and defined the reform and development direction of vocational education in the future.
