乡村振兴背景下新型职业农民培育工作的思考

摘　　要：党的十九大明确提出实施乡村振兴战略,新型职业农民队伍作为乡村振兴的主力军,目前存培训对象结构不合理、培训内容不精准、跟踪服务难以落实等问题。文章从政策制度制定、培训内容优化、跟踪服务改模式等方面入手,就提升新型职业农民培育出效果提出了若干建议。The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.As for the new professional farmers,the main force of rural revitalization,there are some problems,such as unreasonable structure of training objects,inaccurate training contents and difficult implementation of tracking services.This paper starts from the formulation of policies and systems,optimization of training contents and reform of tracking service model,and then puts forward some suggestions to improve the effect of cultivating new professional farmers.
