摘　　要：境外“减肥药”通过代购、互联网等多种非法途径流入我国,经检测发现该类“减肥药”中含有食欲抑制剂类芬特明、安非拉酮、苯甲曲秦和芬氟拉明等我国管制的精神药物成分。该类“减肥药”的滥用不仅对使用者的身心造成极大的伤害,还会引发严重的社会问题,且因其种类繁多、成分复杂,给分析鉴定工作者带来了困难和挑战。毛发因具有反映摄药频率和摄药时间等优点,已被确定为鉴定药物滥用的理想样本。通过对毛发中食欲抑制剂“减肥药”样品的处理方法、分析方法、阳性案例进行总结,以期为建立能同时测定该类食欲抑制剂成分的毛发分析方法提供参考。Overseas“anti-obesity drugs”flow into China through purchasing agents,the Internet and other illegal channels.After testing,it is found that these appetite inhibitor“anti-obesity drugs”contain psychotropic substances controlled in China,such as phentermine,amphetamine,benzotriazine and fenfluramine.The abuse of this kind of“anti-obesity drugs”will not only cause serious social problems,but also cause great harm to the body and mind of users.Because of its wide variety and complex components,it has brought great difficulties and challenges to the analysis and identification workers.Hair has been identified as an ideal sample for the identification of drug abuse because it reflects the frequency and time of drug administration.This paper summarizes the sample treatment,analysis methods and positive cases of appetite suppressants in hair,in order to provide reference for the establishment of hair analysis methods that can simultaneously determine the components of these appetite suppressants.
