拉氏猴头菌——中国东北地区的一种珍稀食用菌新记录种

摘　　要：根据形态观察和nrITS序列相结合鉴定采自东北地区的一种猴头菌(Hericium)标本。结果表明,该物种是近年报道于印度喜马拉雅山地区的一种猴头菌——拉氏猴头菌(H.rajendrae)。此系该物种在中国首次记录,增加了其地理分布范围。该种主要特征是子实体块状;中到大型;淡粉色;菌盖表面具淡粉色绒毛;菌齿较长2~2.5 cm,淡粉色;担孢子(5)5.5~6.5(7)μm×(4.5)5~5.5μm。Based on morphological observation and phylogenetic analysis of nuclear internally transcribed spacer(nrITS)sequences,a specimen collected in northeast China was identified as Hericium rajendrae,which was first described from Himalayas,Indian.To our knowledge,this is the first report of the species in China and thus expands its geographic distribution.This species is characterized by medium to large-sized and light pink fruiting bodies covered with pale pinkish tomentum,light pink and 2-2.5 cm long spines,and basidiospores(5)5.5-6.5(7)μm long and(4.5)5-5.5μm wide.
