贵州斗篷山地区广义虫草物种多样性初报

摘　　要：笔者于2020年8月对贵州都匀斗篷山地区的虫草资源进行初步调查,采集虫草标本31份,分离菌株8个。利用形态学观察结合ITS序列分析共鉴定出15种已知广义虫草物种,隶属于3科9属,其中麦角菌科奈杰尔菌属(Nigelia)1种;虫草科刺束梗孢属(Akanthomyces)2种、虫草属(Cordyceps)5种、棒束孢属(Isaria)1种;线虫草科被毛孢属(Hirsutella)1种、线虫草属(Ophiocordyceps)2种、侧生虫草属(Pleurocordyceps)1种、多头菌属(Polycephalomyces)1种、弯颈霉属(Tolypocladium)1种。鉴定出的物种中有3个中国新记录种,分别是细座刺束梗孢(Akanthomyces tuberculatus)、蜘蛛虫草(Cordyceps araneae)和热带弯颈霉(Tolypocladium tropicale);2个中国大陆地区新记录种,分别是双节棍虫草(Cordyceps ninchukispora)和大团囊多头菌(Polycephalomyces elaphomyceticola)。此外,还有2个疑似新种有待进一步研究。斗篷山地区广义虫草物种多样性较为丰富,揭示广义虫草类群可能在特定区域存在较高的物种多样性。A field investigation on Cordyceps s.l.resources in Doupeng Mountain area,Duyun City,Guizhou Province was carried out in August 2020.A total of 31 specimens were collected and 8 strains were isolated.The specimens and strains were identified through morphological observation and ITS sequence analysis.The results showed that 15 known species in nine genera of three families were identified,including one species of Nigelia in Clavicipitaceae;two species of Akanthomyces,five species of Cordyceps and one species of Isaria in Cordycipitaceae;one species of Hirsutella,two species of Ophiocordyceps,one species of Pleurocordyceps,one species of Polycephalomyces and one species of Tolypocladium in Ophiocordycipitaceae.Among those species,Akanthomyces tuberculatus,Cordyceps araneae and Tolypocladium tropicale are new records to China,and Cordyceps ninchukispora and Polycephalomyces elaphomyceticola are new to the Chinese mainland.In addition,two specimens were suspected new species and required further studies.The rich species diversity of Cordyceps s.l.in Doupeng Mountain area suggested that a high Cordyceps s.l.diversity may exist in specific regions.
