摘  要:以某工厂斜齿圆柱齿轮减速器为研究对象,通过Romax Designer软件建立了减速器的仿真模型,结合遗传算法搜寻减速器齿轮最优修形参数,旨在提高减速器整体的平稳性,降低振动和噪声。结合齿轮修形优化理论,以齿向斜度、齿向鼓形、渐开线斜度、渐开线鼓形及齿顶修缘为优化参数,以齿轮传动误差、齿面峰值载荷和齿面载荷分布为优化目标,最后将通过遗传算法获得的优化数据应用到减速器模型。对比修形前后的仿真结果,可知修形后的齿轮传动误差大幅降低,齿面峰值载荷和应力大幅减少,齿面偏载问题和噪声大幅改善,有效地提高了减速器的寿命和传动平稳性。Taking a factory helical cylindrical gear reducer as the research object,a simulation model of the reducer is established by Romax Designer software,and the optimal gear trimming parameters of the reducer are searched by combining genetic algorithm,aiming to improve the overall smoothness of the reducer and reduce vibration and noise.Combined with the theory of gear reshaping optimization,the optimized parameters are tooth slope,tooth bulge,involute slope,involute bulge and tooth top trim edge,and the optimized targets are gear transmission error,peak load on tooth surface and tooth surface load distribution,and finally the optimized data obtained by genetic algorithm are applied to the reducer model.Comparing the simulation results before and after shaping,it can be seen that the gear transmission error after shaping is greatly reduced,the peak load and stress on the tooth surface are greatly reduced,the tooth surface bias load problem and noise are greatly improved,and the life and transmission smoothness of the reducer are effectively improved.
