摘 要:针对CrMn轴承钢材料应用于轴承套圈滚道加工中所存在的加工精度低、表面质量差的加工难题,基于磨削原理和ELID磨削机理,提出了精准递进磨削去除加工方法。采用二次通用旋转组合方法以CrMn轴承钢为研究对象,开展了精准递进磨削去除加工工艺实验研究:建立了单次走刀砂轮粒度、磨料浓度、砂轮线速度与加工精度之间相互关系的数学模型;通过所建立的数学模型,依据lingo软件和已有的ELID磨削经验,获得了轴承钢ELID磨削加工工艺参数优化组合;采用W40和W10的铁基砂轮对加工余量为15μm的轴承钢表面分别进行了精密和超精密加工,获得了R a61 nm和R a16 nm精密和超精密两种加工表面,验证了当工序加工余量一定时,ELID磨削能够实现对加工余量稳定的精准递进磨削去除。Aiming at the problems of low machining accuracy and poor surface quality of CRMN bearing steel used in bearing raceway processing,this paper proposed a precise progressive grinding removal processing method based on the grinding principle and ELID grinding mechanism.An experimental study on precision progressive grinding removal process of CRMN bearing steel was carried out by using the quadratic general rotation combination method.A mathematical model was established for the relationship between the grain size,abrasive concentration,grinding wheel linear velocity and the machining accuracy of single cutting wheel.Through the established mathematical model,according to the LINGO software and the existing ELID grinding experience,the optimal combination of the ELID grinding process parameters of bearing steel was obtained.Using W40 and W10 iron-based grinding wheels,precision and ultra-precision machining were carried out on bearing steel surface with machining allowance of 15μm,respectively,and R a61 nm and R a16 nm precision and ultra-precision machining surface were obtained.It is verified that when the machining allowance is constant,ELID grinding can achieve stable precision progressive grinding removal of machining allowance.
