摘  要:针对接触型点胶系统胶点一致性差的问题,研发了点阵式微喷嘴点胶系统,利用Ansys-Fluent软件的CFD数值模拟功能研究了4种类型点阵喷嘴受胶体压力的变形量,通过点胶实验分析了挤胶活塞速度对胶点重量一致性的影响。研究表明:点阵喷嘴受胶体压力后的变形量呈中间大四周小的趋势,Type-3型点阵喷嘴受胶体压力后的变形量最小;胶点重量由点阵喷嘴的中间向边缘逐渐减小,胶点重量的一致性随着胶体流速增大而变差,挤胶活塞的最佳速度是25 mm/s。Aiming at the problem of poor consistency of glue dot in contact dispensing system.The dot-matrix micro nozzle dispensing system was developed.The deformation of four types of dot-matrix nozzles under glue pressure was studied by CFD simulation function of Ansys-Fluent software.The influence of extrusion piston speed on the consistency of weight of glue dots was analyzed through dispensing experiment.The results show that:the deformation of dot-matrix nozzle under glue pressure tends to be larger in the middle and smaller around,and the deformation of Type-3 dot-matrix nozzle under glue pressure is the smallest;the weight of glue dot decreases gradually from the middle of dot-matrix nozzle to the edge,and the consistency of glue dot weight becomes worse with the increase of the glue flow rate,and the optimal speed of extrusion piston is 25 mm/s.
