摘　　要：The accurate application of damage compensation rules for mistakes in article 222 of the Civil Code originated from the Property Law cannot be separated from the summary of the experience and the continuation of regulations in the judicial practice.The judgments are the analysis objects.By constructing the quantitative analysis models,we have some findings.After the promulgation of the Interim Regulations on the Real Estate Registration,the factors affecting the results of the judgments tend to be more rational.Loss is always the determining factor that affects the amount of compensation.Judgment results are different under the concurrence of the cause of the claim.At the same time,the analysis models mentioned above can also predict the results of such cases.It can be used in a smart court system.《民法典》第222条关于不动产登记错误损害赔偿规则的准确适用,离不开司法实务的经验总结和规则续造。以裁判文书为分析对象,通过构建定量分析模型,可以发现《不动产登记暂行条例》颁行后,损失始终是影响赔偿数额的决定性因素,并且案由竞合下诉讼结果迥异的情况时有发生。而前述分析模型也能更好地预测该类案件的裁判结果,可用于智慧法院系统中。
