摘　　要：目的观察羟苯磺酸钙联合阿柏西普治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿的效果。方法回顾性分析2019年2月至2021年2月于商丘市中医院就诊的糖尿病性黄斑水肿66例(66眼)的临床资料。患者分成两组,每组33例(33眼)。单独玻璃体注射阿柏西普组为试验组,阿柏西普联合口服羟苯磺酸钙组为观察组。两组均行阿柏西普0.05 ml玻璃体内注射,试验组同时口服羟苯磺酸钙0.5 g,3次/d。治疗后随访6个月进行两组效果比较。结果治疗后1、3、6个月两组的视力及黄斑中心区厚度均明显优于治疗前,而且试验组视力(BCVA,logMAR)优于对照组(t=2.968、3.022、2.926,P=0.012、0.013、0.026)。试验组黄斑中心区厚度低于对照组(t=2.736、2.922、2.089,P=0.016、0.014、0.010).两组治疗后眼压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论口服羟苯磺酸钙联合玻璃体内注射阿柏西普,可更有效地减轻视网膜水肿并改善视力。Objective To observe the efficacy of calcium dobesilate combined with aflibercept in the treatment of diabetic macular edema.Methods The clinical data of 66 eyes of 66 patients with diabetic macular edema admitted to Shangqiu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Feb.2019 to Feb.2021 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into two groups,33 eyes of 33 cases in each group.The control group received intravitreal injection of aflibercept and the trial group received aflibercept combined with oral calcium dobesilate.The two groups were treated with intravitreal injection of 0.05 mL aflibercept,and the trial group was treated with 0.5 g calcium dobesilate,3 times a day.The efficacy between the two groups were compared during 6 months of follow-up after treatment.Results The best corrected visual acvity(BCVA,logMAR)and central macular thickness(CMT)in both groups at 1,3 and 6 months after injection were significantly better than those before injection.And BCVA of the trial group were better than the control group(t=2.968,3.022,2.926;P=0.012,0.013,0.026).CMT of the trial group at 1,3 and 6 months after treatment was lower than that in control group(t=2.736,2.922,2.089;P=0.016,0.014,0.010).There was no significant difference in intraocular pressure after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oral calcium dobesilate combined with intravitreal injection of aflibercept can more effectively reduce retinal edema and improve vision,which is safer and more reliable than aflibercept intravitreal injection alone.
