摘 要:4-(4-吡啶基)-1-丁醇是一种应用范围广、附加值高的含氮杂环化合物。依据起始物料综述了以4-甲基吡啶、4-溴吡啶、4-乙烯基吡啶、4-(4-氰基丁基)吡啶为原料制备4-(4-吡啶基)-1-丁醇的合成方法,分析比较了每种路线的优势与不足。同时归纳了其在特异性抗血小板药物、磷酸二酯酶抑制剂、含碘BODIPY光敏剂等药物合成领域中的应用研究,对4-(4-吡啶基)-1-丁醇在药物设计与新药研发领域具有借鉴意义,并展望了其应用前景。4-(4-pyridinyl)butan-1-ol is a kind of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound with a wide range of applications and high added value.In this paper the methods of preparing 4-(4-pyridinyl)butan-1-ol from 4-methylpyridine,4-bromopyridine,4-vinylpyridine and 4-(4-cyanobutyl)pyridine were reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages of each route were compared.Application research of 4-(4-pyridinyl)butan-1-ol in the synthesis of specific antiplatelet drug,phosphodiesterase inhibitor,iodine-containing BODIPY photosensitizer was introduced,which could be used for reference in drug design and synthesis of 4-(4-pyridinyl)butan-1-ol,and the application prospect of 4-(4-pyridinyl)butan-1-ol was prospected.
