摘 要:以底栖细鞘丝藻为研究对象,利用室内“上覆水体(富营养和寡营养型)-底栖细鞘丝藻生物膜(有和无)-沉积物”培养系统,测定了各处理组水体的理化因子和磷浓度,底栖细鞘丝藻生物膜与沉积物的磷形态组成及含量.结果表明不同营养型水体中底栖细鞘丝藻生物膜的磷形态组成及其滞留磷的能力明显不同,60 d后,寡营养水体中底栖细鞘丝藻生物膜的TP含量为3.75 mg·g^(-1)(干重),以NH_(4)Cl-P(占磷总量42.76%)和Fe/Al-P(占磷总量48.28%)为主;富营养水体中,以Fe/Al-P(占磷总量56.91%)为主,总磷含量是1.24 mg·g^(-1).结论:底栖细鞘丝藻生物膜能够有效滞留水体中的磷和减缓富营养水体中沉积物磷的释放;同时,水体营养水平不仅影响底栖细鞘丝藻生物膜的磷形态组成及其磷滞留能力,而且影响沉积物的磷释放,富营养水体中沉积物磷释放更加缓慢.Selecting Leptolyngbya sp.as the research object,the indoor simulation experiments of overlying water(eutrophic or oligotrophic water)-Leptolyngbya sp.(with or without)-sediments were conducted to determine the water physical and chemical factors,phosphorus concentration in overlying water,the phosphorus fractions and the total phosphorus content of Leptolyngbya sp.and sediments.Results showed that the phosphorus form and the ability of phosphorus retention of Leptolyngbya sp.were various in different nutrient water.After 60 days,in the oligotrophic water,the main phosphorus forms of Leptolyngbya sp.were NH_(4)Cl-P(42.76%)and Fe/Al-P(48.28%),and its total phosphorus concentration was 3.75 mg·g^(-1).In the eutrophic water,the main phosphorus form of Leptolyngbya sp.was Fe/Al-P(56.91%),and its total phosphorus concentration was 1.24 mg·g^(-1).Conclusion:Because of Leptolyngbya sp.,phosphorus concentration in overlying water was reduced effectively,and phosphorus release was slowed from sediments to eutrophic water.In addition,water tropic status not only affected the phosphorus forms and the ability of phosphorus retention of Leptolyngbya sp.,but also influenced phosphorus release from sediments to overlying water.Especially in eutrophic water,the rate of phosphorus release was slower.
