摘  要:中国共产党是重视学习、善于学习的马克思主义政党。100年来,中国共产党建设学习型政党大致经历了五个阶段。新民主主义时期在自发自觉中探索,社会主义革命时期在独立实践中推进,社会主义建设和“文革”时期在彷徨迷茫中徘徊,改革开放新时期在恢复认识中深化,全面深化改革时期在守正创新中发展。建设学习型政党的百年征程中,中国共产党始终坚持以人民为中心,以伟大事业为依托,以推陈出新为动力,以“关键少数”为抓手和以理论联系实际为手段。展望未来,要从树立正确的学习理念,营造良好的学习氛围,善用丰富的学习内容,拓展多样的学习方式,完善长效的学习机制等方面深化学习型政党建设。The Communist Party of China(CPC)is a Marxist political party that attaches great importance to learning and is good at learning.Looking back over the past 100 years,the CPC has gone through five stages of building a learning-oriented political party.The period of New Democracy is explored in self-consciousness,the period of Socialist Revolution is advanced in independent practice,the period of Socialist Construction and the“Cultural Revolution”is wandering in confusion,the period of Reform and Opening-up is deepening in the period of restoring understanding,and the period of Comprehensively Deepening of Reforms is developing in the period of correct innovation.In the course of building a learning-oriented political party for a hundred years,the CPC has always adhered to the people as the center,based on the great cause and driven by the introduc⁃tion of new ideas,with the“key minority”as the grasping hand and the theoretical link with practice as the means.Looking to the future,it is important for us to deepen the construction of learning-oriented political par⁃ties in terms of establishing correct learning concepts,creating a good learning atmosphere,making good use of rich learning content,expanding various learning methods,and perfecting long-term learning mechanisms.
