摘  要:脑机接口(BCI)技术是指在人脑与计算机或其他电子设备之间建立全新的直接控制通道,实现脑与外界环境的交互控制。BCI是综合了神经科学、信号检测、信号处理、模式识别等学科的交叉技术,可使严重神经损伤的患者重新与外界互动,提高患者的生活质量。目前,基于脑电图的无创BCI技术在临床上主要应用于意识障碍检测诊断、辅助性功能替代及神经康复治疗3个方面。相信随着技术的发展,BCI将作为人工智能融合的重要桥梁为神经康复领域带来重大突破。Brain computer interface(BCI)technology is the establishment of a new and direct control channel between the human brain and the computer or other electronic equipment to achieve interactive control between the brain and the external environment.BCI is an inter-disciplinary technology that integrates neuroscience,signal detection,signal processing,and pattern recognition,which enables patients with severe neurological injuries to interact with the outside world again and improves the quality of life of the patients.At present,the non-invasive BCI technology based on electroencephalogram is mainly used in three aspects:detection and diagnosis of consciousness disorders,auxiliary function replacement and neurorehabilitation.It is believed that with the technological innovation,BCI will serve as an important bridge for the integration of artificial intelligence to bring breakthroughs in the neural rehabilitation area.
