摘　　要：神经轴突导向因子1(NTN-1)是一种类似层粘连蛋白的蛋白质,与受体结合后可抑制炎症细胞迁移、减轻炎症反应、降低促炎介质的血清水平,在血管新生、细胞转移、组织形态发生等方面发挥重要作用。NTN-1与阿尔茨海默病(AD)、帕金森病(PD)、多发性硬化(MS)等慢性神经退行性疾病密切相关,在AD中,NTN-1可调节炎症因子的平衡并减少β淀粉样蛋白的沉积,改善认知障碍;在PD中,NTN-1可抑制小胶质细胞激活、减少炎症因子的生成并吸引多巴胺神经元轴突生长;在MS中,NTN-1在MS中可促进再髓鞘形成,具有抗炎及稳定血脑屏障的作用。未来对NTN-1进行深入研究可为慢性神经退行性疾病的治疗提供新的思路与方向。Netrin-1(NTN-1)is a protein similar to laminin,which,after binding to receptors,can inhibit inflammatory cell migration,reduce inflammation,and lower serum levels of pro-inflammatory mediators,playing an important role in such aspects as angiogenesis,cell metastasis,and tissue morphogenesis.NTN-1 is closely related to chronic neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer′s disease(AD),Parkinson′s disease(PD),multiple sclerosis(MS),etc.In AD,NTN-1 can regulate the balance of inflammatory factors and reduce amyloidβ-protein deposit,thus improve cognitive impairment.In PD,NTN-1 can inhibit microglia activation,reduce the production of inflammatory factors and attract dopamine neuron axon growth.In MS,NTN-1 can promote the formation of remyelination,with the function of anti-inflammatory and stabilizing the blood-brain barrier.In-depth research on NTN-1 in the future may provide new ideas and directions for the treatment of chronic neurodegenerative diseases.
