摘　　要：随着社会竞争压力的逐渐增加,人们的睡眠质量急速下降,由睡眠剥夺所致的多种健康问题或健康风险逐渐引起关注。睡眠不足与多种急慢性疾病有关,睡眠剥夺与心血管脑神经系统疾病不良事件的发生有关,导致心血管疾病的发病率和死亡率升高。睡眠剥夺从多方面对心血管脑神经系统造成损伤,且由睡眠剥夺引起的心脏病和神经系统疾病受一系列调节因素影响,涉及过程复杂。此外,睡眠剥夺还可导致机体免疫功能下降,引起各种免疫障碍疾病甚至遗传性疾病。探究睡眠剥夺与全身各系统相关疾病的机制,可为疾病的诊疗提供一定的理论依据。With the gradual increase of social competitive pressure,people′s sleep quality decreases rapidly.A variety of health problems or health risks caused by sleep deprivation have gradually attracted extensive attention.Insufficient sleep is related to many acute and chronic diseases,and sleep deprivation is associated with the onset of adverse events in cardiovascular and cerebral nervous system diseases,leading to increased cardiovascular morbidity and mortality.Sleep deprivation causes damage to cardiovascular and cerebral nervous system from many aspects,and heart disease and nervous system disease caused by sleep deprivation are affected by a series of regulatory factors,involving a complex process.In addition,sleep deprivation also leads to the decline of immune function,causing various immune disorders and even genetic diseases.Exploring the related mechanisms between sleep deprivation and systemic diseases can provide a certain theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the related diseases.
