摘　　要：假体周围感染(PJI)是人工关节置换术后严重的术后并发症,会直接导致人工关节置换术失败,是关节翻修的重要原因之一。随着人工关节置换术的需求越来越多,PJI已成为一个急需解决的问题。目前,生物膜理论在PJI的发病机制中起着十分重要的作用,病原菌隐藏在人工关节假体周围形成的生物膜中,导致临床难以检测出病原菌。目前对于PJI的诊断,临床尚无特异性的有效方法,但不同诊断指标和诊断技术对于PJI的诊断意义不同。随着更准确的检测指标和更先进的检测技术的出现,PJI将实现早期诊断,而针对生物膜理论的基础研究,可以为临床提供潜在的识别病原菌的方法和生物治疗手段,为PJI的诊断提供新的思路。Periprosthetic joint infection(PJI)is a catastrophic postoperative complication after artificial joint replacement,which will directly lead to the failure of artificial joint replacement and is one of the important reasons for joint revision.With the increasing demand for artificial joint replacement,PJI has become an urgent problem to be solved.At present,the biofilm theory plays an important role in the pathogenesis of PJI.Pathogens are hidden in the biofilm formed around the artificial joint prosthesis,which makes it difficult to detect in the clinical practice.So far,there is no specific and effective clinical method for the diagnosis of PJI,while different diagnostic indicators and diagnostic techniques have different meanings for the diagnosis of PJI.With the emergence of more accurate detection indicators and more advanced detection technologies,early diagnosis of PJI will be achieved.The basic research on biofilm theory can provide clinical methods for identifying the latent pathogens,as well as biological treatments,offering new ideas for the diagnosis of PJI.
