清化方联合常规治疗对呼吸机相关性肺炎患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的考察清化方联合常规治疗对呼吸机相关性肺炎患者的临床疗效。方法78例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组39例,对照组给予常规治疗(哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠、盐酸氨溴索、多索茶碱),观察组在对照组基础上加用清化方,疗程7 d。检测中医证候评分、肺功能指标(FEV1、MVV)、炎症因子(PCT、WBC、CRP)变化。结果治疗后,2组中医证候评分、炎症因子降低(P<0.05),肺功能指标升高(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。结论清化方联合常规治疗可改善呼吸机相关性肺炎患者肺功能,降低中医证候评分和炎症因子水平。AIM To investigate the clinical effects of Qinghua Formula combined with conventional treatment on patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia.METHODS Seventy-eight patients were randomly assigned into control group(39 cases)for 7-day intervention of conventional treatment(piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium,ambroxol hydrochloride,doxofylline),and observation group(39 cases)for 7-day intervention of both Qinghua Formula and conventional treatment.The changes in TCM symptom score,pulmonary function indices(FEV1,MVV)and inflammatory factors(PCT,WBC,CRP)were detected.RESULTS After the treatment,the two groups demonstrated decreased TCM symptom score and inflammatory factors(P<0.05),and increased pulmonary function indices(P<0.05),especially for the observation group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia,Qinghua Formula combined with conventional treatment can improve pulmonary functions and reduce TCM syndrome score and inflammatory factor levels.
