摘 要:目的研究钩毛茜草Rubia oncotricha Hand.-Mazz.正丁醇部位的化学成分。方法钩毛茜草70%乙醇提取物正丁醇部位采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、制备HPLC进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为落叶松脂醇-4′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、11-demethoxy-11-ethoxydaphylloside(2)、鸡屎藤酸甲酯(3)、10-acetylborreriagenin(4)、去乙酰车叶草苷酸乙酯(5)、(-)-(7S,8R)-4,9,9′-trihydroxy-3′,5,-dimethoxy-4′,7-epoxy-8,3′-neoligan-9-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(6)、(7S,8R)-脱氢双松柏醇-9′-β-葡萄糖苷(7)、落叶松脂醇-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、没食子酸乙酯(9)、车叶草酸(10)、车叶草苷(11)、腺苷(12)、β-胡萝卜苷(13)、没食子酸(14)、齐墩果酸(15)。结论化合物1~9为首次从茜草属植物中分离得到,化合物1~14为首次从该植物中分离得到。AIM To study the chemical constituents from the n-butanol fraction of Rubia oncotricha Hand.-Mazz..METHODS The n-butanol fraction of 70%ethanol extract from R.oncotricha was isolated and purified by silica,Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified as lariciresinol-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),11-demethoxy-11-ethoxydaphylloside(2),paederosidic acid methyl ester(3),10-acetylborreriagenin(4),deacetylasoerulosidic acid ethyl ester(5),(-)-(7S,8R)-4,9,9′-trihydroxy-3′,5,-dimethoxy-4′,7-epoxy-8,3′-neoligan-9-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→6)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),(7S,8R)-dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol-9′-β-glucopyranoside(7),lariciresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8),ethyl-3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoate(9),asperulosidic acid(10),asperuloside(11),adenosine(12),daucosterol(13),gallic acid(14),oleanolic acid(15).CONCLUSION Compounds 1-9 are isolated from genus Rubia for the first time.Compounds 1-14 are first isolated from this plant.
