摘　　要：运用超效率EBM模型测算出中国269个地级市的绿色全要素生产率,基于2004—2018年地级市面板数据,通过经济和地理属性构建两种空间权重矩阵,利用空间杜宾模型实证研究了互联网、产业结构升级对绿色全要素生产率的促进作用。研究发现:考察期内,绿色全要素生产率存在显著的“空间溢出”效应,互联网和产业结构升级均显著促进绿色全要素生产率的提升;互联网和产业结构升级协同作用也显著促进绿色全要素生产率的增长;不同区域、不同创新政策和不同资源类型下的城市互联网与产业结构升级对绿色全要素生产率的影响呈现出显著差异。最后,提出互联网与产业结构融合发展的政策建议,以期为绿色全要素生产率提升提供新的视角。The article first uses the super-efficiency EBM model to calculate the green total factor productivity of 269 prefecture-level cities in China,and then builds two spatial weight matrices through economic and geographic attributes based on the 2004-2018 prefecture-level city panel data,and uses the spatial Durbin model Empirical research on the promotion of green total factor productivity by the Internet and industrial structure upgrading.The main research conclusions are as follows:During the inspection period,green total factor productivity has a significant“spatial spillover”effect.Both the internet and the upgrading of industrial structure have significantly promoted the improvement of green total factor productivity.At the same time,the synergy between the internet and the upgrading of industrial structure has also significantly promoted the growth of green total factor productivity.Further research found that the impact of urban internet and industrial structure upgrading under different regions,different innovation policies and different types of resources on green total factor productivity presents significant differences.Finally,this article puts forward policy recommendations for the integrated development of the Internet and industrial structure,with a view to providing a new perspective for green total factor productivity improvement.
