摘　　要：论文在农业绿色全要素生产率的视角下探讨贸易开放对农业经济高质量发展的影响。总体而言,农产品出口和进口均促进了农业绿色全要素生产率的增长,有助于农业经济高质量发展。分区域回归结果表明,农产品出口和进口促进了东西部地区农业绿色全要素生产率的增长,但是对中部地区的影响不显著。主要进出口农产品分类估计结果显示,食用油籽的进口,蔬菜以及水果、坚果的出口带动了农业绿色全要素生产率的增长,但畜产品的出口抑制了农业绿色全要素生产率的增长。在此基础上进一步考察各类农产品进出口影响农业经济高质量发展的区域异质性。据此,论文提出提高农产品出口质量、实现“适度进口”、畅通农产品贸易的技术溢出渠道以及实施差异化的贸易与引资战略等建议。This article explores the impact of trade openness on the high-quality development of agricultural economy from the perspective of agricultural green total factor productivity.Overall,agricultural exports and imports have promoted the growth of agricultural green total factor productivity and improved high-quality development of agricultural economy.As far as regional differences are concerned,the export and import of agricultural products have promoted the growth of agricultural green total factor productivity in the eastern and western regions,but the impact on the central region has not been significant.Further classification and estimation of the main import and export agricultural products show that the import of edible oilseeds and the export of vegetables,fruits and nuts have driven the growth of green total factor productivity in agriculture,but the export of livestock products has inhibited the growth of green total factor productivity in agriculture.Further investigation on the regional heterogeneity of the import and export of various agricultural products that affect the high-quality development of the agricultural economy is conducted.Based on this,the article puts forward suggestions such as improving the export quality of agricultural products,achieving“moderate imports”,unblocking technological spillover channels for agricultural product trade,and implementing differentiated trade and investment strategies.
