摘 要:通过野外调查和室内试验,研究环秩毒蛾Olene dudgeoni(Swinhoe)的生物学特性,同时测定3种植物源农药对2~3龄幼虫的室内毒杀作用。结果表明,环秩毒蛾在福建一年发生3代,以卵越冬,翌年2月上旬越冬卵孵化为幼虫。第1代发生在5—9月,第2代发生在8—12月,第3代(越冬代)发生在12—翌年6月。1~3龄幼虫以叶下表皮或果皮为食,3龄后取食全叶,5龄老熟幼虫吐丝缀合2~4片叶结茧化蛹。雌成虫平均产卵量305粒。供试的1.2%烟碱·苦参碱乳油、1.3%苦参碱可溶液剂和4%鱼藤酮乳油3种植物源药剂对2~3龄环秩毒蛾幼虫都有较好的毒杀作用,以1.2%烟碱·苦参碱乳油室内毒杀效果最好,其500、1000和1500倍稀释液,施药后1 d的校正死亡率分别为73.2%、71.9%和58.4%,药后3 d的校正死亡率分别为88.1%、83.1%和71.8%。研究结果可为环秩毒蛾的科学防治提供理论依据。A survey of the biological characteristics of Olene dudgeoni was carried out in Fujian Province via field and laboratory tests.The toxicity of three plant-derived pesticides against O.dudgeoni 2~3 larvae was determined in the laboratory.The results showed that three generations of O.dudgeoni occur per year in Fujian Province,overwintering as eggs and hatching into larvae in early February the following year.The first generation occurs from May to September,the second one occurs from August to December,and the third(wintering generation)occurs from December to June the following year.The 1~3 instar larvae feed on the lower surface of leaves or the pericarp of the fruit.Later,they feed mainly on leaves.The mature fifth instar larvae move to lower leaves,combine 2~4 leaves by spinring silk into a ridge shaped cocoon,and then pupate inside.The average fecundity was 305 eggs per female.The results of indoor toxicity tests showed that 1.3%matrine solution,1.2%nicotine-matrine emulsion,and 4%rotenone cream had a good effect on the 2~3 instar larvae of O.dudgeoni.The indoor toxicity of 1.2%nicotine-matrine was the highest.On the first day after treatment,adjusted mortality of 500 times,1000 times,and 1500 times diluents of three plant-derived pesticides was 73.2%,71.9%,and 58.4%,respectively.In addition,three days after treatment,adjusted mortality was 88.1%,83.1%,and 71.8%,respectively.The results provide a scientific theoretical reference for the control of O.dudgeoni.
