摘 要:为明确球孢白僵菌[Beauveria bassiana(Balsamo)]侵染柑橘木虱后其体内共生菌的变化,研究虫生真菌、柑橘木虱及内共生菌三者间的互作关系,采用荧光原位杂交技术(FISH),测定2个球孢白僵菌(FAFU-12和FAFU-16)菌株亚致死浓度(LC_(25))对柑橘木虱F_(1)代内共生菌Wolbachia和Carsonella的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,FAFU-12和FAFU-16处理组中柑橘木虱F1代2种内共生菌红色荧光分布范围减少,荧光强度减弱。球孢白僵菌亚致死剂量处理改变了柑橘木虱F_(1)代内共生菌Wolbachia和Carsonella的含量及分布,2种内共生菌参与了虫生真菌侵染宿主致病过程中的互作。The citrus psyllid Diaphorina citri Kuwayama is the primary pest of the family Rutaceae and a vector of Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus,the causative agent of citrus Huanglongbing disease.Analyzing the effects of the fungus Beauveria bassiana on the distribution of endosymbionts in psyllids will be useful for future study of the interaction among entomogenous fungi,D.citri,and endosymbionts.Herein,fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)technique was used to determine the sublethal concentration(LC_(25))of two B.bassiana strains(FAFU-12 and FAFU-16)against the influence of Wolbachia and Carsonella,the endosymbionts of D.citri.Compared with the control group(CK),the red fluorescence distribution range of the two endosymbionts in the F_(1) generation of D.citri in the treatment group was reduced and fluorescence intensity decreased.This indicates that sublethal concentrations of B.bassiana altered the distribution of Wolbachia and Carsonella in the F_(1) generation of D.citri,and this interactive process might aid integrated management of this important pest.
