摘　　要：小型病险水库除险加固工作正在逐步推进,但有的地方除险加固工作管理水平不高,施工过程不规范,部分小型水库除险加固后仍存在安全隐患,亟须探索新的建设管理模式。针对存在的问题,提出了推进除险加固工作管理规范化、标准化的建议。The work of reinforcing dangerously weak reservoirs is being advanced step by step,but some places don’t have high-level management.The construction process is not standardized and some small reservoirs still have hidden dangers after reinforcement,so it is urgent to explore a new construction management mode.In view of the existing problems,some suggestions are put forward to promote the standardization and standardization of the management of danger elimination and reinforcement.
