恩替卡韦联合鳖甲煎丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨恩替卡韦联合鳖甲煎丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎的效果。方法:选取东莞市厚街医院2018年4月至2020年4月收治的60例慢性乙型肝炎患者,按照简单随机化法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组给予恩替卡韦治疗,观察组在恩替卡韦治疗基础上给予鳖甲煎丸治疗。比较两组患者治疗前和治疗4、8、12周时乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)-脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)水平及肝脏弹性。结果:治疗4、8、12周时,两组患者HBV-DNA、肝脏弹性测值(LSM)水平与治疗前相比均降低,且观察组患者HBV-DNA、LSM水平均低于对照组同时点,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:恩替卡韦联合鳖甲煎丸治疗可以有效降低慢性乙型肝炎患者的HBV-DNA水平,调节肝脏弹性。Objective To investigate the effect of entecavir combined with Biejiajian pill in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic viral hepatitis B admitted to Houjie Hospital of Dongguan city from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to simple randomization method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group(30 cases)was treated with entecavir,and the observation group(30 cases)was treated with Biejiajian pill on the basis of entecavir treatment.The levels of HEPATITIS B virus(HBV)-DEoxyribonucleic acid(DNA)and liver elasticity were compared before treatment and at 4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment.Results After 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment,hbV-DNA and liver elasticity(LSM)levels in 2 groups were decreased compared with before treatment,and hbV-DNA and LSM levels in observation group were lower than those in control group at the same time,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Entecavir combined with Biejiajian pill can effectively reduce HBV-DNA level and regulate liver elasticity in patients with chronic viral hepatitis B.
