哮喘儿童外周血RDW及血清总IgE水平及临床治疗指导价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨哮喘儿童外周血红细胞分布宽度(RDW)及血清总免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平及临床治疗指导价值。方法:选择2020年1月至2021年3月广东省第二荣军医院诊治的哮喘患儿78例设为观察组。根据哮喘严重程度分级标准分为间歇发作、轻度、中度、重度4个级别,所有患儿均给予常规方法治疗,选择同期健康体检儿童48例设为对照组,对观察组与对照组之间以及观察组不同哮喘严重程度患儿之间的外周血RDW及血清总IgE进行比较。结果:观察组患儿治疗前的外周血RDW及血清总IgE水平均高于对照组;治疗后,观察组患儿的外周血RDW及血清总IgE水平均低于治疗前,但仍均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);间歇发作患儿的外周血RDW和血清总IgE水平低于轻度、中度及重度患儿;轻度患儿RDW和血清总IgE水平低于中度及重度患儿;中度患儿RDW和血清总IgE水平低于重度患儿,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:哮喘儿童的外周血RDW及血清总IgE水平均较高,两者能反映患儿的哮喘严重程度,可用于指导临床治疗,促进患儿恢复。Objective To explore the peripheral red blood cell distribution width(RDW)and the level of total serum IgE in children with asthma and the value of clinical treatment guidance.Methods 78 children with asthma diagnosed and treated in the Second Invalides Hospital of Guangdong Province from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the observation group.According to the grading standard of asthma severity,it is divided into 4 levels:intermittent attack,mild,moderate,and severe.All children are treated with conventional methods.The 48 children with healthy physical examination during the same period are selected as the control group.The observation group and the control group The peripheral blood RDW and serum total immunoglobulin E(IgE)of children with different asthma severity in the observation group were compared.Results The peripheral blood RDW and serum total IgE levels of the observation group before treatment were higher than those of the control group;after treatment,the peripheral blood RDW and serum total IgE levels of the observation group were lower than before treatment,but still higher In the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the peripheral blood RDW and serum total IgE levels of children with intermittent episodes were lower than those of mild,moderate and severe children;the RDW and serum total IgE levels of mild children The levels of RDW and total serum IgE in children with moderate and severe levels were lower than those in children with severe levels.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Peripheral blood RDW and serum total IgE levels in children with asthma are higher.Both can reflect the severity of asthma in children,and can be used to guide clinical treatment and promote the recovery of children.
