抗结核板式药物治疗肺结核的应用及不良反应情况分析

摘　　要：目的:分析抗结核板式药物治疗肺结核的应用效果与不良反应发生情况。方法:选取汉寿县人民医院2018年2月至2020年2月期间收治的70例肺结核患者,经随机抽样法将其均分为对照组与观察组,各35例。观察组应用抗结核板式组合药物进行治疗,对照组应用常规治疗,观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果与不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率为97.14%,高于对照组的85.71%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率为8.57%,低于对照组的14.29%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的治疗依从性为97.14%,高于对照组的74.29%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肺结核患者的治疗中应用抗结核板式药物的应用效果显著,不良反应发生率更低,安全性高。Objective To analyze the application effect of anti-tuberculosis plate drugs in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Methods A total of 70 pulmonary tuberculosis patients admitted to Hanshou County People's Hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with anti-tuberculosis plate combination drugs,and the control group was treated with conventional treatment methods.The treatment effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than 74.29%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 8.57%,which was lower than that in the control group.28.57%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of anti-tuberculosis plate drugs in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients is significant,the incidence of adverse reactions is lower,the safety is high,and the clinical application value is higher.
