低渗口服补液盐对小儿急性腹泻的疗效

摘　　要：目的:研究低渗口服补液盐对小儿急性腹泻的疗效。方法:选取2018年9月至2019年9月期间扶沟县周口永善医院就诊的90例急性腹泻患儿,随机均分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组给予标准口服补液盐,观察组给予低渗口服补液盐,观察两组患儿疗效差异。结果:观察组患儿的腹泻症状缓解时间、大便成形时间明显短于对照组患儿,治疗后3 d内呕吐次数及3 d内排便次数较对照组患儿明显要少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗总有效率为97.78%,高于对照的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:低渗口服补液盐在治疗小儿急性腹泻方面有较为确切的效果,能够促进患儿腹泻症状的早期缓解。Objective To study the effect of hypotonic oral rehydration salt on acute diarrhea in children.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019,90 children with acute diarrhea who were treated in Zhoulai Yongshan Hospital in Fugou County were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given standard oral rehydration salt,and the observation group was given hypotonic oral rehydration salt.The difference in curative effect between the two groups was observed.Results The diarrhea symptom relief time and stool forming time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the number of vomiting within 3 days and the number of defecation within 3 days after treatment were significantly less than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant.(P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment for children in the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than that fo the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hypotonic oral rehydration salt has a relatively accurate effect in the treatment of children with acute diarrhea,and can promote the early relief of diarrhea symptoms in children.
