摘　　要：近几年,我国冷链物流需求日趋旺盛,市场不断扩大。但由于冷链物流行业起步较晚等原因,存在着标准体系不完善、专业化水平不高、有效监管不足等问题。通过《冷藏保温车选型技术要求》(GB/T 40475-2021)的制定、发布与实施,补充完善冷链运输标准体系,提高冷链运输装备装备水平。本文主要解读了标准制定的背景、原则和意义,冷藏保温车的车型分类,整车的技术要求,车厢和专用配置要求,以及车辆的选型与标识要求,为冷链物流企业车辆选型、生产企业的设计制造以及相关监管部门监督检查提供参考。In recent years,China’s cold chain logistics demand is booming,the market continues to expand.However,due to the late start of the cold chain logistics industry and other reasons,there are problems such as imperfect standard system,low level of specialization,and insufficient effective supervision.Through the formulation,publishment and implementation of "Technical requirements for lectotype of refrigerated and insulated vehicles"(GB/T 40475-2021),the standard system of cold chain transportation is supplemented and improved to improve the level of cold chain transportation equipment.The background,principles,and significance of the standard,requirements for complete vehicle,compartment,special configuration,vehicle model selection,identification are interpreted in this paper.It provides reference for the selection of vehicles for cold chain logistics enterprises,the design and manufacturing of production enterprises,and the supervision and inspection of relevant regulatory authorities.
