摘 要:简要介绍了轻客冷藏车的双压缩机,它是发动机动力对外输出重要装置,其前端轮系开发设计思路和受力分析校核,需要根据基准发动机的布置特点和前端轮系重组,重新设计双压缩机支架,并进行轮系受力校核、皮带长度和包角静态、打滑等动态校核。初始设计通过增加新的冷机安装支架固定在发动机缸体实现前端轮系动力输出,经过CAE分析,没有达到设计要求。后转换思路,将刚度很好的发动机悬置与冷机专用支架巧妙集成开发为一个新专用件,大大提升了冷藏机支架的刚度和强度。该结构通过分析和实车耐久,验证了设计的可靠性。目前该设计作为冷藏车的关键装置已批产,并广泛运用在冷藏车上。The dual compressor of the light passenger refrigerated truck,which is an important device for the external output of engine power are briefly introduced in this paper.The development and design ideas and force analysis and verification of the frontend gear train need to redesign the dual compressor bracket according to the layout characteristics of the reference engine and the reorganization of the front-end gear train,and carry out the force verification of the gear train,the static and skidding verification of the belt length and wrap angle.The initial design by adding a new cooler mounting bracket fixed in the engine cylinder to achieve front-end gear train power output,after CAE analysis,did not meet the design requirements.After the conversion of ideas,the stiffness of the engine mount and refrigerator special bracket cleverly integrated development into a new special parts,greatly enhance the stiffness and strength of the refrigerator bracket.The structure verifies the reliability of the design through analysis and real vehicle durability.At present,this design has been produced in batches as a key device for refrigerated vehicles and is widely used in refrigerated vehicles.
