摘　　要：废旧电器回收亟待全社会共同的协同运作与主动作为,通过约简现实废旧电器回收网络,构建了一个制造商、一个零售商以及一个第三方回收商构成的闭环供应链模型;基于其成员的决策变量,运用博弈理论比较了集中与分散决策下供应链各成员的收益;闭环供应链集中决策可实现系统收益的最大化;从闭环供应链系统最优着手,设计了“收益共享”下的废旧电器第三方回收供应链契约协调机制,收益共享的第三方回收闭环供应链契约下各成员的收益;并通过算例阐述了其契约协调机制的有效性,实现了闭环供应链的系统收益最优与各成员收益增益的共享目的,达到废旧电器回收中各成员利益分配的科学化与合理化。The recycling of waste electrical appliances needs the collaborative operation and initiative of the whole society.By reducing the actual waste electrical appliances recycling network,this paper constructed a closed-loop supply chain model composed of a manufacturer,a retailer and a third-party recycler.Based on the decision variables of its members,this paper used the game theory to compare the benefits of each member of the supply chain under centralized and decentralized decision-making.The centralized decision-making of the chain could realize the maximization of the system revenue;starting from the optimization of the closed-loop supply chain system,the contract coordination mechanism of the third-party recycling supply chain of waste electrical appliances under the"revenue sharing"was designed,and the revenue of each member under the contract of the closed-loop supply chain was recycled by the third-party sharing of revenue;and the effectiveness of the contract coordination mechanism was illustrated by an example,so as to realize the system optimization of the closed-loop supply chain In order to achieve the scientific and reasonable distribution of the interests of each member in the recycling of waste electrical appliances.
