摘　　要：目的:建立同时测定千里光中绿原酸、隐绿原酸、咖啡酸、芦丁、金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷、异绿原酸A、槲皮苷、异绿原酸C和槲皮素10个成分含量的HPLC方法。方法:采用YMC C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸水溶液(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长350 nm,柱温30℃。结果:10个成分分别在各自相应浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r≥0.9998);精密度(RSD≤0.8%)、重复性(RSD≤1.7%)、稳定性(RSD≤1.6%)良好;平均回收率(n=6)为96.0%~100.6%,RSD为0.54%~1.8%;5批样品中绿原酸、隐绿原酸、咖啡酸、芦丁、金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷、异绿原酸A、槲皮苷、异绿原酸C和槲皮素含量范围分别为1.097~3.390、0.323~0.758、0.140~0.249、0.176~0.489、0.381~0.797、0.107~0.199、0.280~0.598、0.077~0.659、0.090~0.152和0.028~0.058 mg·g^(-1)。结论:该方法简便易行,重复性好,可为千里光药材的质量控制指标提供一定的参考。Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of ten chemical compositions including chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,rutin,hyperoside,isoquercitrin,isochlorogenic acid A,quercitrin,isochlorogenic acid C,and quercetin in the aerial parts of Senecio scandens.Methods:The YMC C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)-0.2%phosphate aqueous(B)with gradient elution,at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^(-1),the detection wavelength was350 nm,and the column temperature was at 30℃.Results:The linear relationship of the ten chemical components was good(r≥0.9998).Results of precision(RSD≤0.8%),repeatability(RSD≤1.7%)and stability(RSD≤1.6%)were good.The average recoveries(n=6)were 96.0%-100.6%with RSDs of 0.54%-1.8%.The contents of chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,rutin,hyperoside,isoquercitrin,isochlorogenic acid A,quercitrin,isochlorogenic acid C,and quercetin in five batches of samples were 1.097-3.390、0.323-0.758、0.140-0.249、0.176-0.489、0.381-0.797、0.107-0.199、0.280-0.598、0.077-0.659、0.090-0.152 and 0.028-0.058 mg·g^(-1),respectively.Conclusion:This method is specific,accurate and reproducible,and it can provide reference for the quality control of Senecio scandens.
