沥青四组分与自粘改性沥青防水卷材性能关系探讨

摘　　要：选用不同厂家的沥青原料制备自粘改性沥青防水卷材时,分别采用沥青等量替代法和控制混合油四组分含量法,比较制得的卷材成品的性能,结果表明,控制混合油四组分含量法可作为调整卷材配方的依据,可大幅缩短不同沥青切换过程中调试、验证的时间,并对控制卷材成品的性能稳定性有较大帮助。Raw bitumen from different manufacturers are selected for the production of self-adhesive modified bitumen waterproofing membrane,and bitumen equivalent substitution method and four-component content control method of mixed bitumen are adopted for the comparison of performance of the finished products.The results show that the four component content control method can be used as the basis for adjusting the formulation of the membrane,which can greatly shorten the testing and verification time when switch to different kinds of bitumen.It is of great help to control the performance stability of membrane.
