摘　　要：制备了一种红磷微胶囊单组分室温硫化有机硅防火型密封胶,并探讨了红磷微胶囊添加量对其挤出性、表干速度、拉伸力学性能、垂直燃烧性能、耐酸性、耐碱性、存储稳定性、防火性能等的影响。所制备的密封胶阻燃等级达到FV0级、防火等级达到A3级时,位移等级依然可达GB/T 24267—2009中20 HM级要求,即同时满足目前建筑行业防火门窗对有机硅密封胶的防火与位移等级需求。A kind of red phosphorus microcapsule one-component room temperature vulcanized silicone fireproof sealant is prepared,and the effects of the amount of red phosphorus microcapsule on its extrudability,surface drying speed,tensile mechanical properties,vertical flammability,acid resistance,alkali resistance,storage stability and fire resistance are discussed.When the flame retardant grade of the prepared sealant reaches FV0 and the fire protection grade reaches A3,the displacement grade can still meet the requirements of 20 HM in standard GB/T 24267—2009.Meanwhile,it can meet the fire protection and displacement grade requirements of silicone sealant for fireproof doors and windows in the construction industry.
