摘　　要：总结了日本装配式建筑用密封胶的发展历程,通过分析行业统计数据和施工应用实例,阐述了MS胶在日本装配式建筑外墙接缝领域的应用现状,介绍了日本装配式建筑用密封胶的先进应用经验,为国内装配式建筑用密封胶的选用提供借鉴。This paper summarizes the development process of sealant for prefabricated buildings in Japan.Through analyzing industry statistical data and practical application examples,it expounds the application status of MS sealant in the field of exterior wall joints of prefabricated buildings in Japan and introduces the advanced application experience of prefabricated building sealant in Japan,so as to provide references for the selection of sealant for prefabricated buildings in China.
