摘　　要：目的分析天峻县动物鼠疫及人间鼠疫监测结果,为天峻县鼠疫防控工作提供科学依据。方法结合2020年及以前鼠疫监测结果,运用描述流行病学方法对天峻县鼠疫流行情况和流行趋势进行分析。结果 2020年未发生人间鼠疫疫情;平均旱獭密度为0.095/hm^(2),低于国家标准;小型鼠捕获率3.21%,旱獭染蚤率1.66%,蚤指数0.32,洞干蚤指数0.12;鼠疫细菌学检测宿主动物615份,检测媒介昆虫137匹,未检测出阳性材料;检测旱獭血清552份,检测出鼠疫F1抗体阳性血清2份。结论天峻县动物鼠疫流行范围大,动物间鼠疫相对活跃。应继续实行具有天峻县特色的鼠疫综合防控措施,降低人间鼠疫疫情发生风险。Objective To analyze the monitoring results of animal and human plagues in Tianjun County, and to provide reference for future plague prevention and control in Tianjun County.Methods The epidemiological method was used by combining the monitoring results of plagues in 2020 and previously to analyze the epidemic conditions and trends of plagues in Tianjun County.Results No human plague epidemic was found to be onset in 2020;the average density of marmots was 0.095/hm^(2),being lower than national standard;the capture rate of small-sized rats was 3.21%,the flea infection rate of marmots was 1.66%,the flea index was 0.32%,the flea index of rat burrow tracks was 0.12;615 host animals and 137 vector insects were detected by Yersinia pestis bacteriology, no positive material was detected from the test samples;552 marmot serums were tested, and the testing results of 2 serums were positive for plague F1 antibody.Conclusion There is a large epidemic area of animal plague in Tianjun County, and the animal-animal plague is relatively active.It is required to further implement comprehensive plague prevention and control measures featured with Tianjun County characteristics to reduce the risk of human plague epidemics.
