摘　　要：目的探讨如何有效利用有机溶剂挥发性组分分析数据,提升区域有机溶剂防控水平。方法收集深圳市龙岗区2011—2018年有机溶剂挥发性组分分析资料进行回顾性分析。结果1106份报告共检出芳香族烃类化合物、醚类化合物等18类化合物,含甲苯、苯、甲醇、正己烷、三氯乙烯等241种有机组分,检出概率为0.09%~45.12%。检出概率排在前10位的挥发性有机溶剂依次为甲苯、邻二甲苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、甲醇、正己烷、二甲氧基甲烷、3-甲基戊烷、正庚烷、苯。筛选出三氯乙烯、环己酮等74种需重点防控的有机溶剂,明确区域有机溶剂重点防控清单;遴选出正戊烷、2-甲基丁烷、正辛烷等30种有机溶剂作为实验室重点考虑扩展的项目。结论深圳市龙岗区工作场所有机溶剂危害种类繁多,新发有机溶剂危害不容忽视,应引起职业卫生技术支撑机构的关注。Objective To explore how to utilize the data of organic solvent volatile component analysis to improve the control and prevention level of organic solvent in the district.Methods The data of organic solvent volatile component analysis was collected to implement retrospective study in Longgang District,Shenzhen from 2011 to 2018.Results The 18 categories of compounds including aromatic hydrocarbons and ethers,et al were detected in 1106 reports,241 kinds of organic solvent components involving methylbenzene,benzene,methanol,n-Hexane,trichloroethylene,et al with detectable probability from 0.09%to 45.12%were found.The top ten volatile organic solvents were methylbenzene,o-Xylene,p-Xylene,m-Xylene,methanol,n-Hexane,dimethoxymethane,3-Methylpentane,n-Heptane and benzene successively.The list of organic solvents to be preferentially prevented and controlled in Longgang District included 74 kinds of compounds involving trichloroethylene and cyclohexanone.The solvents to be prioritized under laboratory consideration for expansion hit 30 kinds of organic solvent components including n-Pentane,2-Methylbutane and n-Octane.Conclusion There are a variety of organic solvent hazards at the workplaces of Longgang District,and new organic solvent hazards are not ignorable,being worthy of attentions from occupational technological support organizations.
