摘　　要：基于TCP/IP信息网络平台的首钢股份煤气安全实时监测与应急响应系统的建设及应用,实现了北京首钢股份有限公司(以下简称首钢股份)煤气安全数据的实时监测、报警联动、应急响应等,但在煤气防护管理和现场作业过程中仍然存在实时数据现场应用脱节、电子地图不直观、煤气泄漏报警后联系确认技术手段效率低等问题。利用地理信息系统(geographic information system,GIS)、工业物联网、移动互联、无人机等技术对现有煤气安全实时监测与应急响应系统进行改造,构建煤气安全监控管理平台,实现煤气泄漏报警的集中/移动实时监测、重大危险源数据监控、报警信息三维地图展示等功能。平台投入使用后,实现了煤气泄漏报警安全的气体防护站、分厂专业、现场三级实时监控定位与快速联动响应,提升了气体防护站应急响应信息获取效率。The construction and application of Shougang gas safety real-time monitoring and emergency response system based on TCP/IP information network platform has realized the real-time monitoring,alarm linkage and emergency response of gas safety data of Beijing Shougang Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Shougang).However,in the process of gas protection management and field operation,there are still some problems,such as disconnection of real-time data field application,non intuitive electronic map,low efficiency of contact confirmation after gas leakage alarm and so on.The existing gas safety real-time monitoring and emergency response system is transformed by using geographic information system(GIS),industrial Internet of things,mobile Internet,unmanned aerial vehicle and other technologies,and a gas safety monitoring and management platform is constructed to realize centralized/mobile real-time monitoring of gas leakage alarm,data monitoring of major hazard installations,alarm information 3D map display and other functions.After the platform is put into use,it realizes three-level real-time monitoring,positioning and rapid linkage response of gas protection station,branch specialty and site for gas leakage alarm safety,and improves the efficiency of obtaining emergency response information of gas protection station.
