摘 要:针对传统的中厚板道次修正计算方法的弊端,结合中厚板生产线的实际生产特点,提出道次锁定与重新计算相结合的道次修正计算方法。普通道次采用道次锁定计算方式,首道次控温结束后采用重新计算方式。如果各道次按照道次锁定计算方式最终使得阶段出口目标厚度无法达到时,该次修正计算改用重新计算方式。道次修正计算利用已轧道次实测数据修正道次的部分参数,对后续待轧道次进行再计算。该方法已在国内某3500 mm中厚板轧机进行在线应用,轧制力的预报精度能够控制在5%以内,道次间的计算时间能够缩短至普通计算方法所用时间的1/10,另外还可以减少轧制过程中道次个数发生变化的频率,提高自动化轧制的稳定性。In view of the disadvantages of the traditional pass correction calculation method in medium and heavy plate,combined with the actual production characteristics of medium and heavy plate production line,a pass correction calculation method combining pass locking and recalculation is proposed.The common pass adopts the pass locking calculation method,and the first pass adopts recalculation method after temperature control.If the target thickness at the exit of each stage can not be achieved according to the pass locking calculation method,the correction calculation between passes will be changed to the recalculation method.Pass correction calculation uses the measured data of rolled passes to correct some parameters of passes and recalculate the subsequent passes to be rolled.This method has been applied in a 3500 mm medium and heavy plate mill in China.The prediction accuracy of rolling force can be controlled within 5%,and the calculation time between passes can be reduced to 1/10 of that of ordinary calculation method.In addition,it can reduce the frequency of changes in the number of passes in the rolling process and improve the stability of automatic rolling.
