摘  要:卷取是带钢生产的最后一道工序,而卷取机的卷取质量直接决定了带钢的成材率。结合卷取机工艺控制原理、带钢尾部速度控制原理和现场实际情况,分析了产生带钢头尾质量问题的原因。产生头部质量问题的原因为助卷辊磕碰卷筒,而产生尾部质量问题的原因为带钢尾部失张无法降速。通过优化助卷辊辊缝自动补偿功能和带钢尾部降速功能,解决了带钢头部和尾部表面质量缺陷问题,实现了2 mm以下规格汽车板的批量生产,且大大减轻了设备的磨损,降低了备件成本。Rolling is the last process of strip steel production,and the coiling quality of coiler directly determines the yield of strip steel.Combined with the coiler process control principle,strip tail speed control principle and the actual situation on site,the causes of strip head and tail quality problems are analyzed.The reason for the head quality problem is that the wrapper roll knocks against the mandrel,and the reason for the tail quality problem is that the strip tail is out of tension and cannot slow down.By optimizing the roll gap automatic compensation function of wrapper roll and the speed reduction function of the strip tail,the surface quality defects of the strip head and tail are solved,the batch production of automobile plates with specifications below 2 mm is realized,the wear of the equipment is greatly reduced,and the cost of spare parts is reduced.
