摘 要:为了保障起重机的稳定性和可靠性,研究了门式双梁起重机表面的湍流现象及风载荷对起重机造成的影响。基于流体力学理论、有限元分析法、相似理论,按照1∶60的比例尺缩放构建了双梁门式起重机模型,对其进行了4种不同风速的风载实验,根据烟迹发生法对其现象分析,研究了气体流过表面的湍流现象及对起重机造成的影响,对前8阶模态下的固有频率做出了分析比较。研究发现了在何种风速下可以避免引起共振现象及在特定风速下造成的变形量,研究结果可为后期优化研究提供一定参考价值。In order to ensure the stability and reliability of the crane,the turbulence phenomenon on the surface of the gantry crane and the influence of wind load on the crane are studied.Based on the hydrodynamics theory,finite element analysis method and similarity theory,a double beam gantry crane model is built by scaling at the scale of 1∶60.The wind load experiments of four different wind speeds are carried out.The phenomenon is analyzed according to the smoke generation method,and the turbulence phenomenon of gas flowing through the surface and its impact on the crane are studied.The natural frequencies of the first eight modes are analyzed and compared.It is found that the resonance phenomenon can be avoided under what kind of wind speed and the deformation caused by specific wind speed.It provides some reference value for later optimization research.
