养血止痛丸结合腕关节镜技术治疗三角纤维软骨复合体损伤的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨养血止痛丸结合腕关节镜技术治疗三角纤维软骨复合体损伤的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年9月至2020年12月我科收治的60例三角纤维软骨复合体损伤患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例,对照组患者采用腕关节镜技术对三角纤维软骨复合体损伤进行探查修复,观察组患者在对照组的基础上于术后第2天口服养血止痛丸,每日2次,每次1袋(6 g)。4周为1个疗程,服用1个疗程。对比治疗前与治疗后1个月、6个月时两组患者疼痛视觉模拟法评分(VAS),末次随访时采用改良Mayo腕关节功能评分评价两组治疗优良率。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后VAS评分均降低(P<0.05),其中治疗后1个月时观察组VAS评分为(2.77±0.86)分,优于对照组的(3.40±0.81)分(P<0.05),治疗后6个月时两组VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在治疗优良率方面,观察组(96.7%)高于对照组(76.7%)(P<0.05)。结论:养血止痛丸结合腕关节镜技术治疗三角纤维软骨复合体损伤与单纯采用腕关节镜相比,能够较快缓解患者疼痛,提升治疗优良率。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of yangxue zhitong pills combined with wrist arthroscopy in the treatment of triangular fibrocartilage complex(TFCC)injury.Methods:60 patients with TFCC injury treated in our department from September 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by wrist arthroscopy.The observation group took yangxue zhitong pills orally[2 times/d,1 bag/time(6 g)]from the second day after operationon the basis of the control group.4 week is gegarded as a course of treatment,and all patients were treated for a course of treatment.The pain visual analogue score(VAS)was compared before treatment,1 month after treatment,and 6 months after treatment between the two groups.The improved Mayo wrist function score was used to evaluate the excellent rate of treatment of the two groups at the last follow-up.Results:The VAS scores of patients in the observation group and the control group decreased after the treatment compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group(2.77±0.86)was better than that of the control group(3.40±0.81)at 1 month after treatment(P<0.05),and the difference of the VAS scores between the two groups was not statistically significant at 6 months after treatment(P>0.05).In terms of the excellent rate of the treatment,the observation group(96.7%)was higher than the control group(76.7%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yangxue zhitong pills combined with wrist arthroscopy can relieve the pain of patients earlier compred with wrist arthroscopy alone,and can improve the excellent rate of the treatment.
