摘　　要：目的:探讨对1例腰臀部皮肤奴卡氏菌感染患者的治疗及药学监护,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对1例奴卡氏菌腰臀部皮肤感染患者提供全程药学监护,药师结合患者临床特征,按照文献报道,及时发现并解决患者用药问题,对临床医师选择治疗方案提出合理的建议。结果:该患者腰臀部皮肤脓肿经清创手术及临床药师推荐的磺胺甲噁唑抗感染治疗后基本转愈出院。结论:磺胺甲噁唑对奴卡氏菌感染治疗有效;临床药师在辅助临床选择抗感染药物及监护患者病情过程中具有重要作用。Objective:To discuss the treatment and pharmaceutical care on a patient with skin infection of the waist and buttocks caused by Nocardia,and to provide reference for the clinical rational use of drugs.Methods:Clinical pharmacists provided whole-course pharmaceutical care for a patient with skin infection of the waist and buttocks cansed by Nocardia.And based on the clinical characteristics of the patient,combined with literature reports,the medication problems were timely discovered and solved,and pharmacists provided reasonable suggestions for clinicians to choose treatment options.Results:The patient′s waist and hip skin abscess was basically cured and discharged from hospital after debridement and sulfamethoxazole anti-infection treatment recommended by clinical pharmacists.Conclusion:Sulfamethoxazole is effective in the treatment of Nocardia infection.Clinical pharmacists play an important role in assisting clinical selection of anti-infective drugs and monitoring the patient′s condition.
