摘　　要：目的:探究延伸护理对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法:将2019年3月至2020年3月在本院就诊的110例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者按照随机数字法分成两组,分别实施常规出院宣教(对照组)、延伸护理服务(观察组),比较两组治疗依从性及生活质量。结果:观察组的治疗依从性(定时复查、规律用药、科学饮食、戒烟戒酒、健康作息)高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的生活质量评分(生理功能、心理状态、躯体健康、社会功能)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性萎缩性胃炎患者应用延伸护理服务,可在患者出院后继续为患者提供高质量服务,进一步强化患者出院后的治疗行为,提升患者的治疗依从性,改善患者的生活质量,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of extended nursing on treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:110 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.Routine discharge education(control group)and extended nursing service(experimental group)were implemented respectively.The treatment compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:the treatment compliance of the experimental group(regular reexamination,regular medication,scientific diet,smoking and alcohol cessation,healthy work and rest)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life(physiological function,psychological state,physical health and social function)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the application of extended nursing service in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis can continue to provide high-quality services for patients after discharge,further strengthen the treatment behavior of patients after discharge,improve the treatment compliance of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
