从脾肾论治糖尿病周围神经病变之选穴启示

摘　　要：糖尿病是一种常见的慢性疾病,其最常见的并发症之一为糖尿病周围神经病变(Diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN),其主要表现远端对称性神经系统病变。DPN严重影响患者的生活、心理,加重了家庭的负担,因而尽早发现及预防、系统的诊治是关键。本文通过对古代医家及现代临床研究的总结,得出该病与脾肾两脏密切相关,脾肾阳虚是糖尿病周围神经病变的根本,从这一病机出发指导温和灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的主穴选择,希望能为本病提供更多的临床思路。Diabetes is a common chronic disease,one of its most common complications is diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN),which main clinical manifestations are distal symmetric neuropathy.DPN seriously affects the life and psychology of patients and increases the burden on the family.Therefore,early detection and prevention is the key to systematic diagnosis and treatment.Based on the summary of ancient physicians and modern clinical research,this article concludes that the disease is closely related to the spleen and kidneys.The deficiency of yang of the spleen and kidney is the root of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.From this pathogenesis,we guide gentle moxibustion to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy the choice of main acupoints provides more clinical ideas for this disease.
