京族医疗特色技法联合超声波对偏瘫性肩痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨京族医疗特色技法联合超声波治疗偏瘫性肩痛的临床效果。方法:选取在脑卒中后偏瘫性肩痛的患者136例,按数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组各68例。治疗组采用京族医疗技法配合超声波进行治疗,对照组采用京族医疗技法进行治疗,两组均治疗两个疗程。采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、上肢运动功能评分(FMA)和日常生活活动能力(Barthel指数)评分对治疗效果进行评价。结果:两组患者治疗后,疼痛、上肢运动功能、日常生活活动能力情况与康复治疗前比较,差异均匀统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者疼痛改善、FMA上肢运动功能以及日常生活能力改善状况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:京族医疗特色技法联合超声波治疗仪治疗可缓解偏瘫性肩痛,提高患者FMA上肢运动功能和日常生活能力。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Jing Nationality’s Special Medical Techniques combined with Ultrasonic Therapeutic Apparatus in the treatment of hemiplegic shoulder pain.Methods:136 patients with hemiplegic shoulder pain after stroke were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to the number table method,with 68 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Jing Nationality’s Medical Techniques combined with ultrasonic therapeutic instrument,and the control group was treated with Jing Nationality’s Medical Techniques.Vas,FMA and Barthel index were used in both groups before and after treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared after two courses of treatment.Results:After treatment,the differences in pain,upper limb motor function and activities of daily living between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of pain,FMA upper limb motor function and daily living ability in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jing Nationality’s Medical Techniques combined with ultrasonic treatment instrument can can relieve hemiplegic shoulder pain and improve FMA upper limb motor function and daily living ability.
