摘　　要：目的:通过对感觉信息训练结合神经发育疗法在婴儿期发育迟缓早期干预应用的研究,探讨感觉信息训练结合神经发育疗法在婴儿发育迟缓早期干预中的临床疗效,为发育迟缓提供一种新的安全有效的联合治疗方法。方法:选择1岁以内80例确诊为发育迟缓婴儿,随机分成2组,每组40例,观察组为感觉信息训练结合神经发育疗法组、对照组神经发育疗法;治疗时间为3个月,观察并比较两组Gesell发展量表及Peabody粗大运动量表(PDMS-GM)的差异。结果:两组干预前Gesell发展量表一般资料比较无差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后都有明显改善,而观察组Peabody粗大运动量表(PDMS-GM)改善更为显著(P<0.05);观察组Gesell发展量表适应性、粗大运动、精细运动3个方面评分与对照组比较有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:感觉信息训练结合神经发育疗法在婴儿发育迟缓早期干预中起到了积极的作用。Objective:To study the application of sensory information training combined with neurodevelopmental therapy in early intervention of infant growth retardation,and to explore the clinical effect of sensory information training combined with neurodevelopmental therapy in early intervention of infant growth retardation,so as to provide a new safe and effective combined treatment method for infant growth retardation.Methods:80 infants under 1 year old were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group;The treatment time was 3 months.The differences of Gesell development scale and Peabody gross exercise scale(PDMS-GM)between the two groups were observed and compared.Results:there was no difference in general data of Gesell development scale between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);The improvement of Peabody gross exercise scale(PDMS-GM)was more significant in the observation group(P<0.05);The scores of Gesell development scale adaptability,gross motor and fine motor in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:sensory information training combined with neurodevelopmental therapy plays a positive role in early intervention of infant growth retardation.
