摘　　要：近期的研究显示,低剂量的雌激素物质即可以组织特异性的方式发挥作用,改变激素的正常水平或改变激素在体内循环的方式。同时,越来越多的研究发现,环境雌激素或雌激素模拟物可通过多种作用机制调节内分泌系统,并可能潜在地影响野生动物和人类的自然生长、发育和生殖。上皮-间充质转化是胚胎形成、伤口愈合、器官纤维化和癌症转移的重要发育过程,近期研究显示上皮间质转化标记物可以反映雌激素活性。本文就上皮间质转化标志物在雌激素活性中的研究进展进行综述,旨在为临床工作者及毒理学研究提供参考资料。Recent studies have shown that low dose of estrogen can play a role in a tissue-specific way,change the normal level of hormone or change the way of hormone circulation in the body.At the same time,more and more studies have found that environmental estrogens or estrogen mimics can regulate the endocrine system through a variety of mechanisms,and may potentially affect the natural growth,development and reproduction of wild animals and humans.Epithelial mesenchymal transition is an important developmental process of embryogenesis,wound healing,organ fibrosis and cancer metastasis.Recent studies have shown that epithelial mesenchymal transition markers can reflect estrogen activity.In this paper,the research progress of epithelial mesenchymal transition markers in estrogen activity was reviewed to provide reference for clinical workers and toxicology research.
